Refund for my course

I have completed Cloud Computing With AWS (Intermediate) as a free course and got the certificate and then I registered for a premium course Master Cloud computing with AWS with more advanced topics as mentioned in course details but it has the same topics which I have already covered in my free course. I want a refund as the content is the same but before enrolling it was showing different content.

I am attaching a screenshot of the extra course content which was promised but after enrolling it was not there.

Also, Greatlearning is not responding to any of the mails

Hello ! The free course which you have completed is made premium now please give us sometime.We are working on it and will get back to you soon.

But the content of the free course and premium course was different therefore I have enrolled in it. I will wait for you, if there is some technical issues then please solve it. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Anant, Please ask for your refund. This course will never get updated. I am too sure about this.
Either take your money or suffer.

Dear great learning,

My name is jogendra Kumar Pandey. I have joined data science program in the month of March 2021.

Due to the delay done by loan partner of great learning, loan process got delayed and my access of programs was restricted.

My program manager Mr. Tushar Ghosh, he didn’t allow me to continue my course which I joined in March 2021 even though whole fee is loaned later in the month of june 2021. Tushar Ghosh told me he will not allow me sit in the march batch and gave 100 of policy excuses.

Now Tushar Ghosh told me that I m going to be allocated in the July batch, now on 7th of July again he is saying are batch has been full sit in next batch which will be starting in August 21.

I have paid full fee of 2 lakh 30 thousands approximate.

I am not willing to continue this course.

My program manager Mr. Sandeep sarkar , he told me to join loan partner and approved loan by other family member
But I already told them also loan partner is I m not able share any other member document for laon processes
If they are not able to access loan on my document
I m attaching the the screen shoot of payment
There is on going emergency at my home so I need money
Please provide me refund as soon as possible
I m request for this
